KIWA Japan participates in the 32nd Japan International Machine Tool Exhibition "JIMTOF 2024" held at the Tokyo International Exhibition Center.

The main exhibits are the following three models: KH-4200kai Triple H40、Triple V22. HARU Technology Research Institute Co., Ltd. products are also exhibited together in panels.  In addition, there is collaborative exhibits with Sakurai Manufacturing Co., Ltd., an automation solution for robots featuring labor-saving and process-intensive turning machining.

Main Features
KH-4200kai (horizontal machining center)
The front width is only 1620mm, succeeding the small size characteristics of KH-4100kai, but with a larger stroke of X/Y/Z 560 / 660 / 560mm.
The cutting ability and speed have also been greatly improved.

Triple H40 (horizontal machining center)
The machine tool adopts a three-axis dynamic column structure, providing sufficient space for various complex fixture systems. Fixing the workbench to support versatile applications can meet the diverse needs of customers. The processing and motion areas are clearly separated to minimize the chips' interference. The machine width is only 1400mm, saving space and increasing output per unit area.

Triple V22 (vertical machining center)
Non-elevating high-speed dual exchange workbench
High-speed version configuration: spindle speed of 15000 min-1, fast feed rate of 75 m/min, acceleration of 1.0 G, etc
