Product Features

01.	Three types of spindle and spindle motor, convenient for customers to choose the most suitable for their own processing of the working spindle. Spindle and spindle motor are directly driven. The main shaft is lubricated by pressurized oil-gas lubrication system. Fresh oil is continuously supplied to the main shaft bearing through air to prolong the bearing life and reduce heating.
02.	The combination of the Y-axis telescopic cover and the efficient distribution of coolant outlet allows the debris to fall into the debris tank quickly, making the chip removal very easy and efficient.
03.	The 1,100mm wide column base enables heavy duty cutting. The monolithic cast machine bed provides maximum support for columns, spindles, sliders and worktables.
04.	The lubrication unit and pneumatic system are assembled in one place, both at the back of the machine, which is convenient for maintenance and repair. No hydraulic system, save machine running cost.
